This summer I will have a painted guitar out to you find on a big musical hunt in Manchester. Here’s a bit more about the project:

Wild in Art (the creative minds behind Bee in the City) are bringing something special to our streets:
Music for the Senses – an art trail inspired by the city’s legendary music scene.
Running from 7 July to 31 August 2025 and created in partnership with Manchester City Council, this unique trail invites you to explore the sounds, stories, and soul of Manchester through eye-catching artworks, interactive exhibitions, and vibrant installations – all paying tribute to the people, places, instruments, and moments that make this city sing.
At the end of the summer, the beautifully decorated guitars featured along the trail will be auctioned off. The funds raised will go towards supporting grassroots music projects and venues across Greater Manchester, through a dedicated music fund run by our charity partner Forever Manchester, in collaboration with Manchester Music City.
